The applicable registration fee is the same for BOTH in-person and online participants.
The registration fees have been established based on the professional category and status of the registrant or speaker as declared at the time of registration as outlined in the table below.
For each registrant, the applicable registration fees will cover (i) in-person/online participation in the symposium, (ii) daily buffet lunch and snack breaks (in-person participants only), (iii) a continuing professional development (CPD)/continuing medical education (CME) Certificate of Attendance with stated CPD/CME credits earned and (iv) the symposium booklet.
***All presenting authors/speakers are required to register***
The declared professional category and status of the registrant/presenting author/speaker at the time of registration will be checked and validated by the organizers for registration to be considered valid and so it is imperative that accurate information must be declared.
The names, declared professional category and status of all presenting authors/speakers will be published in the symposium booklet according to their declared country of origin.
