Eligibility for Publication*

An abstract that is received by the submission deadline will be published in the symposium booklet. Acceptance for publication is the sole decision of the Programme Chair and Committee.

Abstracts that have been previously published or that are under consideration as an abstract for another meeting will be reviewed by the Program Chair and Committee. If accepted, the abstract will be included in the symposium booklet.

First Presenting Author Information

The First Presenting Author is the individual who submits the abstract and is the contact person for all correspondence. 

The First Presenting Author has the following responsibilities:

1. The First Presenting Author verifies that all authors agree to the publication of the abstract in the symposium booklet.
2. The First Presenting Author verifies that all authors agree, and any supervisors have given permission, to the presentation of a scientific poster at the annual meeting.
3. The First Presenting Author is responsible for notifying all other authors of acceptance, rejection, scheduling and any other information provided.
4. The First Presenting Author is responsible for compliance with the Scientific Integrity Policy.
